International Shipping

International orders of available stock are shipped within 2 business days of placement via Israel's Postal Services and should be received within 7-10 business days of shipment. We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. 

Our shipping costs are charged as followed :

55 NIS per shipping

Free Shipping on all orders from 520 NIS and up

Return & Exchange Policy

New and unworn items purchased online internationally are eligible for exchange only. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at tlv.venta@gmail.com with your order number and exchange details wanted. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake on our side. International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanged goods.

We highly advise you to view our size guide carefully appearing on each product page, and make sure the measurements are answering your needs, we cannot refund any false size orders.   ​
